Chocolate Mint

Last spring was awfully exciting, when I found out that two sister-in-laws, from opposite sides of the family, were expecting. And with due dates only days apart!

I decided to create matching quilts for the newest members of my family, and chose more gender-neutral colors for these quilts since neither couple planned to discover their baby's gender until the birthday.

The center blocks in Chocolate Mint are a toille print with gardening and see-sawing rabbits. For time's sake I decided to create a border instead of binding. The border and backing are made of a wonderfully soft and cuddly brown fleece.
