song of the day + have a nice weekend!

Following an eventful week of packing, cleaning, moving, unpacking and organizing we are officially in our new apartment! Our settling-in rituals vary, but Luke has focused much of his energy getting his seedlings ready for the garden (if spring ever comes to these parts!). I, on the other hand, was quick to set up my new sewing area and craft some new pieces by the glorious light of the big front window. Unfortunately we won't have the internet hooked up until sometime next week, hence my absence from blogging (I'm quickly typing this over my lunch break). But I can't wait to share the newest onesie idea that I pirated from another blogger.

And in Little Oyster World, we are now 25 weeks pregnant! Just a few short weeks from the 3rd trimester, which is mind blowing! We have a check-up with a midwife on Monday morning and our very first childbirth class on Monday night. My new favorite reading genre is "birthing stories". I have a stack of books from the library that are just overflowing with other womens' stories and experiences. I'm finding it incredibly informative and encouraging.

Have a great weekend! I'll be back sometime next week with new pictures and musings!
